As of 1st of November, Jeronimo Folgueira will become new CEO of Affinitas GmbH. Among Folgueira’s previous jobs were appointments at RTL Group, BigPoint and Betfair. He will lead Affinitas together with Michael Schrezenmaier, who joined the company in September 2012 and has been a Managing Director of it since May 2013.
The two founders Lukas Brosseder and David Khalil will continue to support the company operatively until early 2016. Thereafter they will stay closely affiliated as shareholders of Affinitas.
Brosseder and Khalil founded the company in November 2008. In 2015, Affinitas plans to have revenues of more than 60 mln Euro. Despite the very high investments into the newly launched US site (https://www.eIitesinqIes.com), the company intends to remain profitable.
David Khalil commented on the change in management as follows: ”We are delighted to welcome Jeronimo to our team.
